On Tuesday, Aug. 1, Huguley Medical Associates launched the accounts payable and supply chain components of the iSynergy initiative. Huguley Medical Associates went live on the human resources and finance iSynergy modules in April.
iSynergy has been streamlining human resources, finance and supply chain functions through a shared service delivery model across Adventist Health System (AHS) since 2014. Through iSynergy, facilities can work off one state-of-the-art technology platform and have access to new tools, providing more timely and accurate information. Each iSynergy implementation enables AHS to more efficiently complete and deliver services which ultimately allows the organization to consistently deliver exceptional patient care.
The implementation of iSynergy in the Southwest Region brings the total of facilities live on the PeopleSoft platform to 22 and the number of live medical groups to seven. The iSynergy rollout is scheduled to continue through the end of 2019. The next region to launch iSynergy will be the Southeast Region, comprised of Gordon Hospital, Murray Medical Center, Manchester Memorial Hospital, Park Ridge Health and their affiliated medical groups, which is set to go live this October.
