An employee is grateful for a PC technician from Texas Health Huguley who checks in with her following his initial service.


Ian Carter went above and beyond his obligation when he sought me out to see if what he had helped me with a week before was still working out. When he found out I was having difficulties, he stayed past his work day to solve my problem even though it was all "user error." He was patient with me and installed a new application that he educated me on like I was his own family member. By helping me load videos for our patient experience class, Ian truly helped extend the healing ministry of Christ.
