Grace Medical Home

A medical home focused on reflecting the character and compassion of Christ by offering the highest level of medical care to residents, birth to age 65, of Central Florida who reside at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level. Grace Medical Home serves those who do not qualify for government assistance, yet are unable to afford health insurance.

One Blood

Provides safe, affordable blood to hospitals and their patients throughout Central Florida.

Spring Lake Elementary

The Seminole County Public School in closest proximity to the AHS campus. The Title-I school integrates technology and science into daily curriculum and serves as a feeder school to the Altamonte Springs Science Incubator Program at Lake Lotus Park.

Altamonte Springs Science Incubator

Promotes career readiness in the high-demand fields of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Field experiences are scheduled for grades 6-12 Seminole County students to participate in hands-on experimentation and data collection onsite at Lake Lotus Park in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

Corporate 5K

Benefits the Track Shack Foundation, an organization that promotes health and fitness by funding youth athletics and sports programs through a grant application process. This organization helps provide opportunities for thousands of young people of all abilities to run, swim, play, sail, horseback ride, row or attend summer camp.

United Way

Central Florida's more comprehensive health and human services charity and the largest funder of the region's most critical health and human services programs.
