This program varies in length from one to two years depending on the previous experiences of the resident. It is designed for MSNs who are currently employed at an Adventist Health System facility or high-potential BSN graduates.

Residency Requirements

Residency Area:
Nursing Leadership
MSN currently employed in an AHS facility; or high potential BSN graduate; 3.2 overall GPA; 3.4 major GPA
1-2 years
Annual salary, full employee benefits, relevant course study reimbursement, and limited business travel and moving expenses
