Pam Guler is vice president and chief patient experience officer for Adventist Health System. In this role, she oversees strategic efforts that educate on and demonstrate the benefits of key best practices for improving patient experience. Her experience includes more than 25 years of business and progressive health care roles focused on patient experience and engagement, physician and team member engagement, hospital administration, performance improvement, and service line development.
Guler holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's in health care administration. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Guler actively engages in elevating knowledge about the field of patient experience and engagement across the nation. She serves on the Executive Board of The Beryl Institute, co-chairs the Premier/QUEST Patient and Family Engagement Workgroup, and is a member of the Press Ganey Institute for Innovation Executive Council.
