Wellness Our Way

Wellness Our Way is a new employee wellness program. Based on the principles of CREATION Health, this program is focused on wellness, healing and balance. The program includes free health assessments and screenings, as well as personal plans on nutrition, exercise, stress and more. Adventist Health System corporate employees are taking action and investing in each other.
